ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
THE ARKANSAS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization established in 1955. The purpose of the Foundation is to support economic development efforts in Arkansas. Such efforts may include research, site visits, prospect entertainment and recruitment support.
THE ARKANSAS INDUSTRIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2011. The purpose of the Foundation is to support the economic development activities of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.

DREW MARSH
KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Drew Marsh is chair and chief executive officer of Entergy, a Fortune 500 integrated energy company that powers life for 3 million customers through its operating companies in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. Building on the company’s successes and momentum, he is focused on customer-driven energy solutions that produce reliability, resilience and sustainability while maintaining customer affordability.
Before becoming CEO in 2022, Marsh served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Entergy, where he was responsible for overseeing the corporate finance, accounting, internal audit, treasury, investor relations, and corporate development and planning departments. As CFO, Marsh maintained Entergy’s firm financial standing and ensured the company was well-positioned to achieve its strategic business objectives.
He previously served in a series of financial planning, strategy and operational leadership roles, including vice president of system planning and operations, where he oversaw the organization responsible for executing commercial operations for the Entergy utility operating companies. He also served as vice president of strategic planning for Entergy-Koch LP, a joint venture with Koch Industries Inc.
Marsh joined Entergy in 1998 as an associate in strategic planning and special projects. He later played an integral role in the company’s national nuclear strategy as finance project manager.
He is the chair of the Nuclear Energy Institute and Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited. He serves on the boards of directors for the Edison Electric Institute, the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations and Jobs for America’s Graduates. He also serves on the advisory board for Posse New Orleans and previously served on the board of KIPP New Orleans Schools.
Marsh received a master’s degree in management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Laura R. Landreaux
KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Laura R. Landreaux serves as president and chief executive officer of Entergy Arkansas, a company that has powered life in the state since 1913.
She leads the company in serving approximately 740,000 customers across the state and is responsible for financial and operational performance, customer service, safety, resource planning, economic development, employee development, and regulatory and
governmental affairs.
Landreaux was named president and CEO on July 1, 2018. She joined Entergy Arkansas in 2007 as senior counsel, where she practiced regulatory law for five years. In 2012, she was named manager of Regulatory Affairs and subsequently held several leadership roles, including finance director and vice president of Regulatory Affairs.
Before joining Entergy Arkansas, Landreaux served as an attorney for Salt River Project, a water and electric utility in Phoenix, Arizona. She began her legal career in private practice with Quarles & Brady LLP in Phoenix.
An active leader in Arkansas’s nonprofit and business communities, Landreaux currently serves as chair of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce board of directors, vice chair of the Arkansas Research Alliance board of directors and board member for the Foundation of the Mid South, and Easterseals Arkansas. Her recognitions include the 2019 Woman in Business award from the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas, 2020 Arkansan of the Year by Easterseals Arkansas, a 2021 Sparks Star from the Museum of Discovery, and a 2026 Influencer of the Year by Arkansas Money & Politics. She is a founding member of Arkansas Women in Power and a graduate of Arkansas Leadership Class XIII and Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXX.
A native of Little Rock, Landreaux earned her juris doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville, where she was a member of the Arkansas Law Review, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She and her husband, John, have three children.
